One of the best bands out there right now, that’s for damn sure. The singer’s got pipes, and the the instruments are played phenomenally well in this band. Really fun, bouncy, and positive prog-rock. If you’re into bands like Closure In Moscow and At The Drive-In then you definitely need to give these guys a listen. This is definitely one of my favorite release so far this year! You need this EP on your Summer playlist, really good to sing along with, especially with friends! Goodness this guy can sing, the riffs are perfect, and the drumming is solid. On top of that they throw in a lot of odds and ends you wouldn’t expect from this style of music. It’s like progressive rock meets post hardcore. They remind me a bit of At The Drive-In, which is obviously awesome. Superior musicianship here, and I cannot wait until I get to see these guys live! I hope this band goes far! Visit their page, like them, and go buy this new album! Not trying to pay for the music? Go visit their bandcamp and you can get their last release fo’ free!
This is so awesome! Just straight-up, solid rock with a squeeze of pop punk. Takes me back to there were a lot more bands like this and times were simple. Sort of reminds of me of old, old Taking Back Sunday. Either way, this is really, really good stuff right here. Loud, energetic, and powerful, with raw rock riffage and vocals. I’d love to see these guys live. This is perfect for partying out and having a good time. I’m so glad I found these guys. You all need to give these guys a listen, you’ll be missing out if you don’t! If you’re into rock whatsoever, this is all you!

I think this is my second Circa post, but who cares, they deserve a million. It was hard to just say “Indie Rock,” because Circa Survive is just so much more. If you don’t know who Circa Survive is, then I apologize that your life is in such bad shape. Circa Survive is TOP-TIER, NEXT LEVEL shxt. Even their new stuff, which isn’t amazing, is better than your life, hahaha, but no really. Give this awesome band a listen if you have not, and then go watch them live. They are mind-blowing live. Excellent, excellent musicians and a top-notch singer. Their music is just amazing. One of my top three bands of all time. Again, if you have not heard them, listen to them, and if you have just go on ahead and enjoy some ear candy!
Every Time I Die is awesome and they always have been. Go die if you don’t think so. If you didn’t know for some odd reason, “Ex Lives” is ETID’s brand new album, and as always they delivered. This album is great, and further proves that this band is better than your life. I’m lovin’ the vocals this time around, and I feel like Keith really pushed himself for this album. This album really stands out from “New Junk Aesthetic”, and in a really good way. Can’t beat that Southern twang!
This band makes me so happy, haha. They also make me want to go on an awesome road trip! This band is makes music that is perfect your upcoming Spring and Summer playlists, whether it is going out to the beach or mall, or jamming it a party, this band delivers. Don’t miss out on this band!
I watched this for the hundredth time this afternoon, and I really enjoyed this song this time around, so I decided to post it here! Her singing is lovely, really, and I love the solid common time beat and everything. Just a feel-good song to dance to!
I said it once, and I will say it again, Pop Punk is one of the best genres of all time. There are tons of new pop punks, but a lot of them just sound the same, with a huge exception for City Lights. These guys are amazing man, and when I listen to them I just want to kick it with my friends or get in a pit, haha. Sounds wack to all the hipsters, but you all are just jelly! I feel like they have a perfect balance of pop and punk, and this album has great production value. If you love Pop Punk, then you’ll love this band, I promise!
One of the best indie folk bands I have ever heard, ever, they’re local too! I know there are plenty indie folk bands out there, but Bison really stands out amongst them. If you check this out, you won’t regret it, seriously. Do yourself a favor and click play!
